Our Story, Your Taste.

Scottie's started with a single food trailer in 1989 selling hotdogs and Karl Ehmer Bratwurst in the Hudson Valley. During the 90's we vastly expanded our menu and our festival attendance from NYC to New England. Today we have 5 food trucks/trailers available for your family and company functions along with fairs/festivals/sporting events/horse shows
